I brought my truck in after having work done last year. They advised the parts were either bad or installed improperly. Either way they honored the warranty work no questions asked. They then went further and made sure nothing else was damaged due to the part issue, and then after everything was put back together they tested everything for any issues. I got my vehicle back running perfectly again. I live in Daytona Beach and will not take my vehicle anywhere else but Lake Sumter due to their honesty and Integrity and excellent service.

Beast auto service folks Ive ever gone to. They are honest and thorough. They provide detailed pictures and explanations of all services performed. I always ask for Ralph because I know him and the work he does. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Lake Sumter Transmission to everyone.

From the moment I called Sumter Transmission to the day that we picked up the car everything fell Right into place. Being a woman can be a little bit intimidating when dealing with the world of mechanics. However, dealing with people that are ethical professional, and kind people like Brian Miller makes everything just right. He took time out of his schedule and looked over the car before we even decided to commit to working with them so I could drive it into Orlando for a very serious medical procedure. After deciding that it wasn't good enough condition to do so we came back from Orlando and set up our appointment. The appointment went perfectly everything he said that would happen. No secret surprise phone call calls. Everything went beautifully. I would recommend everyone. I know care and love to do business with this company.!
