Dan was argumentative and condescending. His tone had a touch of judgement. I was charged for a diagnostic BUT they didn’t even drop the transmission pan to see if the shift solenoid was truly in need of repair or if it was the computer not communicating properly. They missed the driver side brake lights, one filament was broken on each. They said the coolant system needed flushing when the level was fine, smelled and looked normal. Their services are 30% higher than normal suggestions that a transmission rebuild, if really needed, was $1,500 more than elsewhere!!
