They are excellent. I would recommend to everyone. They were on time, polite and respectful. Ed did a phenomenal job, and they offer you plenty of options. They did a free inspection in my car and show me with pictures everything that my car had. They have a waiting room with coffee and water for you to wait. I would definitely come back here. 10/10 !! Thank you!!! 🙏

Great communication! I really appreciated to top to bottom diagnostics that was completed. A couple items were discovered and taken care of. My transmission was giving me trouble, but the transmission service resolved the issues. I really appreciated my experience with Lake Sumter Transmission and will be using them again in the future.

I’ve been going to Lake Sumter Transmission and Auto Repair for years and have never had anything other than a good experience. I drive a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee and of course it’s going to have problems. The folks at Lake Sumter have kept my car on the road, for which I am eternally grateful.
