Thank you Thomas at Lake Transmission Prior to my visit I was told it wasnt necessary to change my transmission fluid because it was sealed. I called the dealer who told me it was too late to change it having 119,000 miles on the car and that changing it would cause more problems than not changing it. All this didnt add up to me so I called Lake Sumter Transmission for advice and spoke to Thomas who told me the fluid should have been changed at 60,000 miles and to bring it over to check the car out. I told him the transmission seemed to be in good shape. No one could imagine how relieved I felt when the he told me the transmission was fine after checking it out and changing the fluid. Id like to add that Thomas was terrific he was courteous and answered clearly all my concerns. Besides, he also told me that they do all car repairs. Because of their honesty, motivation and dedication my cars have found a new place for servicing.
