My vehicle didn’t make it to here, however, Hope is super sweet, informative, & professional at her job. Thomas has unbelievable knowledge about foreign cars. I appreciate all your time & help in answering my questions! I hope I never have to call them again, but if I do, I know without a doubt that they will take great care of me & my vehicle.

Thomas was wonderful. He was patient with all my questions. He explained everything. They really care about their customers, not the money they can make.

The service was prompt in keeping with my reservation. The gentleman that worked on my car told me what had found and explained the meaning. He then offered 2 options and told which of the 2 he would choose. I followed his suggestion and so far have been very pleased.

The automatic transmission rebuild was completed quickly and the car now runs great. The actual cost was significantly below the initial estimate. I highly recommend Lake Sumter Transmission.

Manage to find the issue with my truck and was up front and honest with cost of repair. They where also very quick to find the issue. Definitely will come back to them if any issues appear.

I recently had my 2015 Dodge journey in for a check up to see if anything was making it hesitate , transmission etc..After running it more than an hour and completing a through diagnostic check from front to back, from top to bottom, only things were minor repairs like wiper blade and tag light. Took my car there because I was referred by my mechanic they changed the fluid in the transmission did not fix my problem. Looks like Im gonna need a new transmission.
