Lake Sumter Transmissions told me they would work it into their schedule, check out the car and notified me of repairs and cost. They are very professional and get the work done in a timely manner. Thomas, the service advisor, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The technician, Bill, was also very kind and patient, and even took the time to explain a few things to me when I had questions about the service. It’s rare to find a shop where both the staff and technicians are so respectful and thorough. Overall, I received excellent service at a fair price, and I would definitely recommend Lake Sumter Transmission to anyone needing transmission work or vehicle service.
