Staff is extremely friendly and honest. Price is very reasonable. My car broke down on a weekend and I lived an hour away. I was only able to speak to them on the phone, but they were very patient with my constant calling. I was also able to pick it up after hours so I didn’t have to miss work. Hopefully I will never have to use them again, but they made the experience tolerable.

Great, honest service. Lake Sumter Transmission will not upsell or put parts on your vehicle you don't need. I have a 2007 dodge charger I took to them for the shop to fix they told me it was my valves and 3 months later NY vehicle is doing the same thing that made me take it to the shop and they were highly recommend and I'm livid I've called asked for owner no call back yet I'm very pissed I'm a single mom I paid 988.00 and my vehicle isn't running his can I get through to this company to get my vehicle fixed because I keep getting the run around
