Mr. Ed was amazing with communicating back and forth from the mechanics to me about what was wrong with my vehicle. He was a very kind man. The other man at the front desk was VERY kind as well. Everyone there that worked at lake Sumter transmission was very helpful and very respectful. I highly recommend like Sumter transmission. I will go to lake Sumter transmission for now on for all my engine and transmission needs. Thank you all very much. Looking forward to getting my transmission fixed very soon.

Very professional. I explained the symptoms and Ed knew what my problem was immediately. They performed diagnostics and treated. Also did fluid change and filter. My F150 runs smooth now. Very happy with service and very fair cost. I recommend!
