I have an uncommon vehicle with a strange problem. After extensive diagnostic work, they figured out the problem wasn't the transmission. Told me everything they figured out and then didn't charge me. This is a first for me, an honest transmission shop. I even tried to give him something for the technician and they wouldn't accept.

They frequently assist local dealerships in problem solving with their clients. Price is MUCH better, and they have certified techs so you can rest assured your repair needs will be met (and at a lower price). The service advisor, Brian, is very knowledgeable about a lot of makes and models. He even knew more about my Ford issues than the sales advisor at a local Ford dealer! I also appreciate this business trying to help me get my current problems covered under factory warranty, though I’ll probably get the work done at Lake Sumter Transmissions for peace of mind, knowing it’ll get done right.
