I have an uncommon vehicle with a strange problem. After extensive diagnostic work, they figured out the problem wasn't the transmission. Told me everything they figured out and then didn't charge me. This is a first for me, an honest transmission shop. I even tried to give him something for the technician and they wouldn't accept.
